Jeff Smith to make Superstars debut

British Touring Car racer Jeff Smith will make his International Superstars Series debut in this weekend's Spa round, and intends to join the championship full-time next season. Smith will drive a Team Dinamic-supplied BMW run by the Target Competition team, which is also planning a 2013 Superstars move
