Yoshimoto to make WTCC debut

Hiroki Yoshimoto will make his World Touring Car Championship debut at Suzuka later this month with the SUNRED SEAT team. The Japanese driver, who twice finished on the podium in GP2 during his time racing in Europe, and currently competes in Super GT in an Aston Martin, will drive a sixth turbocharged Leon for the outfit. "I'm really excited to join such a successful team as SUNRED in such a competitive championship as the WTCC," said Yoshimoto, 31.
