Ricciardo to take gearbox penalty

Daniel Ricciardo will receive a five-place grid penalty in India after having to take a gearbox change following final practice. The HRT driver ran into gearbox trouble after 16 laps this morning, leaving him slowest of all, 8.4 seconds off the pace and 2.4s down on team-mate and home hero Narain Karthikeyan.
